This information is required for financial need consideration.

Current community college student who has attended for at least one year in Oregon and will be transferring to a 4-year college as a third year (junior) student to pursue a bachelor’s degree.

To be eligible an applicant must fulfill one or more of a key set of criteria:
Submit documentation of enrollment in a nursing program, either a letter from the nursing department or your letter of acceptance in the nursing program. (transcripts alone are not sufficient proof - obtain a form or letter from the department)
